These beers are part of our innovative Rough Draught Series, an experimental pilot project that pushes the boundaries of brewing creativity. Each batch begins with a single mother wort from the brewhouse, which is then split and transformed in unique ways—fermented with different yeast strains, dry-hopped with distinct hop varieties, or infused with fruit, spices, and other imaginative additives.
